What this site is — and isn't
Everything here is educational and informational. The podcast, articles, newsletters, and masterclass share ideas and frameworks about leadership and career growth for introverted professionals.
It is not professional advice. Nothing on this site constitutes career counseling, legal advice, medical or mental health advice, financial advice, or an employment relationship. Guests share their own experience and opinions, which are theirs and not necessarily mine. Decisions about your career, your health, and your workplace are yours to make — consult a qualified professional when the stakes call for one.
I make no promise that any technique described here will produce a particular result, including a promotion, a raise, or any specific career outcome.
Content and intellectual property
The written content, podcast episodes, and original graphics on this site belong to Greg Weinger unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish full episodes, transcripts, or articles, or use this content to train commercial machine learning models, without written permission.
Guest names, book titles, company names, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary.
Free programs and events
The masterclass is offered free of charge. I may change its format or availability, or discontinue it, at any time. Signing up doesn't create any contractual obligation on either side beyond my intention to provide it as described.

Some outbound links — typically to books discussed on the show — are affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes what I recommend or what a guest says. Recommendations reflect genuine opinion, not commercial arrangement.
